How to fix it

Tip

Each user level may have a smallest and a largest deposit amount (in rials, set in your panel: Customers, Levels). Ask the customer for an amount inside those limits, or change the limits or the customer's level in the panel. The detail names the level and its limits.

What the answer looks like

Every error is application/problem+json (RFC 9457). Read the code, not the title or detail text, which may change. Keep the request_id when you contact support.
