How to fix it

Tip

Send in customer.level the name of one of your user levels, as listed in your panel (Customers, Levels; upper or lower case does not matter), or leave customer.level out: the customer then gets the level set for them in the panel, or your default level. Levels are the same in test and live mode.

Every error is application/problem+json (RFC 9457). Read the code, not the title or detail text, which may change. Keep the request_id when you contact support.
