How to fix it

Tip

The customer (customer.id) is blocked from this method (method) in your panel (Customers), so they cannot make a deposit with it, or blocked from withdrawals, so they cannot get a new withdrawal. Offer the customer another method, or remove the block in the panel if this was a mistake. Test and live customers are blocked separately.

What the answer looks like

Every error is application/problem+json (RFC 9457). Read the code, not the title or detail text, which may change. Keep the request_id when you contact support. The detail says which case it is; there are 2:

A new deposit with a method the customer is blocked from (here account_transfer).
