How to fix it

Tip

The customer (customer.id) is blocked in your panel (Customers), so they cannot make new deposits or get new withdrawals. Unblock them in the panel if this was a mistake. Test and live customers are blocked separately.

What the answer looks like

Every error is application/problem+json (RFC 9457). Read the code, not the title or detail text, which may change. Keep the request_id when you contact support. The detail says which case it is; there are 2:

A new deposit for a customer blocked in your panel.
