How to fix it

Tip

Check the withdrawal id. You can only see withdrawals of your own merchant account, and only in the mode of your key: a test key never finds a live withdrawal, a live key never a test one.

Every error is application/problem+json (RFC 9457). Read the code, not the title or detail text, which may change. Keep the request_id when you contact support.
