How to fix it

Tip

Each merchant has a smallest and a largest withdrawal amount, and a smallest and a largest deposit for each deposit method (in rials, set in your panel: Limits). Ask for an amount inside those limits, or split a larger withdrawal into several, or change the limits in the panel. The detail names the limits.

What the answer looks like

Every error is application/problem+json (RFC 9457). Read the code, not the title or detail text, which may change. Keep the request_id when you contact support. The detail says which case it is; there are 2:

A withdrawal whose amount is outside your withdrawal limits.
