How to fix it

Tip

A card_to_card deposit's failure_code: the card transfer could not be made, and no money moved (the customer's card or details were refused, the payment could not start, or no answer came before the customer's dynamic password was sent). Create a new deposit if the customer wants to try again, with another card if the same one keeps failing.

Where you see it

No request is ever answered with this code: the request that made the deposit got its 201 long before the deposit ended. It is the failure_code of a deposit that ended failed (only a live deposit ends this way), with its failure_message. You read it in the deposit (GET /v1/deposits/{id}) and in the data of the deposit.failed webhook.
